Great house - spacious, characterful, comfortable. Perfect venue for a big family looking for a holiday stay in France. It was lovely to have everyone (14 of us) under the same roof and the house and grounds are big enough to give us all plenty of space so it never felt crowded.. Our grandkids all live in London flats so they were blissed out by a huge garden and with their own stream to paddle in. We had a lovely week.

The kids loved the stream, spotting wildlife and exploring the huge garden. We ate outside on the terrace everyday even when it rained and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking for big groups. We really enjoyed the local markets in the area and found some lovely walks. We all loved the river swimming at Condac and went back several times, a great recommendation.

The house was perfect for a large family to come together. Absolutely gorgeous house and would definitely recommend.

The house is set in a peaceful location with lovely surrounding walks. Our children absolutely loved the large garden and especially the trampoline. We had great fun paddling in the river and spotting wildlife. The terrace was a lovely space to relax, eat and enjoy the garden.

Excellent stay at the mill, great calm setting in nature, with trails to discover by bike. Claire and Tom were very attentive and know how to be accommodating. Very nice spacious and well equipped house.

We were a family of 15 people (from 3 years to 92 years) and we spent 4 fabulous days in this mill, the quiet environment, the large green areas, the great trampoline delighted young and old. The large outdoor courtyard to eat was always shady, the general equipment is of very good quality. The owners were not on site but very responsive by email when needed. Destination for its quality / price ratio to recommend.

Superb property in an old mill, we had a pleasant stay (3 couples and 6 children). The house is very suitable for family or friends, and very well equipped: large table, covered terrace, large garden, river to go to soak the feet and all kinds of games / toys for children and adults. Amazing place to spend a long weekend. We were visiting family locally and know the area but the house is something special. Fantastic gardens with lots of different sections to wander round and enjoy. The house itself is massive and really well equipped. It's got everything you need and is clearly a well loved family holiday home. Our toddler and baby certainly both enjoyed the added bonus of the toys available! It's the type of place that would really suit kids of all ages although you will need to keep an extra eye on the really young ones given the type of place it is (as you'd expect so not a criticism). A really great place for a few days with the family!
