Le Moulin is in a rural location between Nanteuil-en-Vallée, a village pittoresque with an Abbey and 2 excellent restaurants, and Champagne Mouton which has a superb boulangerie, a Carrefour, chemist and petrol station. Ruffec is a bigger town 20 km away with the full selection of markets, shops and activities.

Our nearest station is in Ruffec which is 10km away. From Ruffec you can pick up a hire car or a taxi. Ruffec to Paris normally involves a change at Poitier or Angouleme. The journey time is about 3 hours. From Paris, you can connect to the Eurostar to London.

Our nearest airports are Poitiers, Limoges or Angouleme - each is 45 minutes to an hours drive. Each has its own car hire facilities.

Le Moulin de Tingaud is just off the D740 between Nanteuil-en-Vallée and Champagne Mouton. The D740 if off the N10 which runs between Tours and Angouleme. If you are travelling from Calais, it's about 420 miles travelling on the A16 to Abbeville, then A28 through Rouen and Le Mans to Tours, and then on the N10 south to Ruffec.
